1. Websites
A website development project valued at over $1,000 will require a written contract outlining the payment terms and conditions of the work performed by us.
For projects requiring website development for $1,000 or less, we offer 3 revisions on the mockups, provided that the client responds to us within five (5) business days of receiving each revision. If a customer fails to respond to a revision within the stipulated time, Digital Blitz JK reserves the right to charge an additional fee for further alterations.
2. Logos
We provide revisions on logo designs as per the package purchased, provided that the client gives timely feedback within three (3) business days of receiving the designs. If the client delays feedback beyond this period, the logo may be subject to additional charges for further modifications.
3. Ownership of the Work
Upon final approval of the artwork, designs, or website, and after the final payment has been made, the client owns full rights to the deliverables. Digital Blitz JK retains the right to use these works solely for promotional purposes (such as in our portfolio) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Site Terms of Use Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. By using our site, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms.
5. Copyrights & Trademarks
The client retains ownership of all final logos, drafts, and related materials after project completion. Digital Blitz JK retains the right to use logos for promotional purposes only and will not resell them unless explicitly authorized by the client.
6. Record Maintenance
We maintain records of finalized designs for six (6) months after project completion. Clients may request their final files during this period. After six months, files may be permanently deleted.
7. Communication Policy
We are not responsible for correspondence from any email addresses or contact numbers other than those officially listed on our website (EMAIL). We only take responsibility for communication through our verified contact channels.

9. Payment Dispute Terms
We follow a fair and transparent billing process. In case of unjustified payment disputes initiated via the client’s bank, Digital Blitz JK reserves the right to issue a 24-hour reversal notice. Failure to reverse the dispute within this period may lead to immediate contract termination, suspension of services, and the client being held liable for additional fees or damages.
10. Completion and User Agreement Form
Upon successful completion of services, clients are required to sign a User Agreement Form confirming the acceptance of the completed work as per agreed specifications. Failure to provide the signed form within the stipulated timeframe may delay project closure and final delivery.
